- Corrosion resistance

Stainless steel is known for its corrosion resistance. Stainless steel corrugated hose assemblies are therefore particularly suitable for applications where they could come into contact with corrosive substances, such as in chemical, petrochemical or marine environments.

- High temperature resistance

Stainless steel corrugated hose assemblies can withstand extreme temperatures, both high and low. This makes them ideal for applications where temperature fluctuations may occur, such as in food processing, the chemical industry, or in high or low temperature environments.

- Long service life

Thanks to the high corrosion resistance and durability of stainless steel, stainless steel corrugated hose lines generally have a long service life, resulting in low maintenance costs.

- Hygienic

Due to their smooth surface and ability to be easily cleaned, stainless steel corrugated hose lines are in high demand in industries with high hygiene requirements, such as the food and beverage industry.

EXPANSION JOINTS

- Axial expansion joints

Axial expansion joints are designed to compensate for axial movements. However, angular and lateral movements can also be absorbed by a suitable design.

- Angular expansion joints

Angular expansion joints are designed to absorb angular movements and are generally fitted with joints that absorb the axial reaction forces. Due to these tensions, however, they are not suitable as individual elements to compensate for combinations of movements. In pipeline construction, they are preferably used to form joint systems that can easily absorb large movements in any plane.

- Lateral expansion joints

Lateral expansion joints are used to compensate for lateral movements (axial misalignment). They have braces that absorb axial reaction forces and are therefore not suitable for other types of movement. These expansion joints are available in both articulated and tie-rod versions

We optimally combine our comprehensive expertise in the manufacture of hose lines and expansion joints with the engineering and construction of pipe systems. We plan and design customised pipework that is manufactured in accordance with the required production standards and guidelines. Thanks to state-of-the-art fixture technology and 3D bending technologies, we bend pipe elements precisely according to your drawings or data records.

By combining our bent pipework with flexible hose and bellows elements, we create pipe systems that optimally compensate for movements and forces introduced. We can precisely realise even the most demanding pipework layouts and manufacture them to fit perfectly. On request, we can design, calculate and supply you with 3D models in advance, which you can integrate seamlessly into your existing planning to ensure ideal adaptation to your structural conditions.
